TickTack is a time-based app that connects professionals and home service providers to clients. The algorithm searches for the professional who can most quickly answer the call and connects them to the client.
In the field of service providers there are many competitors. Approaching this challenge, I looked for TickTack’s unique value proposition that will serve both the business plan and the users.
The service should not give an answer to large and complex problems and so we came to the understanding that these are the main target audiences:
Although there are several competitors in this market, TickTack is the only one that offers the fastest and most professional solution.
To cater to the two types of users, we decided to create two separate platforms (applications) that would know how to communicate with each other perfectly:
The goal was to respond with as few pressures as possible to both sides.
We would express the other modules alongside the main process and would not interfere with it.
Our goal in creating the design was to establish trust between the system and the user, to differentiate the product from its competitors and, since the app is used in times of crisis, to use clean and clear colors.
