Bestie is an insurance aggregator by Menora Mivtachim. The platform is intended for all insurance agencies and connects with API to all insurance companies.
The goal - to introduce a new player to the insurance world in Israel. A player who does not yet exist in the country and will change the rules of the game.
The first challenge was to create a platform that would suit a lot of insurance agencies and their employees. There were a number of software that agents were used to working with for many years. In order not to create objections, we needed to create a new platform but without compromising their work habits.
Changes in habits are not a simple thing at all, particularly in this type of business.
The platform had to convey innovation, show a new and easier way to work and clearly show how it helps to increase profits.
The target audiences were very clear. First and foremost, agents of insurance companies, but also their managers and the employees of Menora Mivtachim.
Users who were going to use the end platform (Website) were going to meet Market Place. It was important that we understood what needs were in the backend of such platforms.
At the same time, the platforms of Menora Mivtachim and the agencies should be able to provide analysis capabilities at the highest level.
The solution we came up with was a clear and simple dashboard structure, with the names of the modules similar to what employees recognized from previous softwares.
Meanwhile, the UX and UI were innovative, accessible, much more convenient and had new functions.
By controlling each agency's campaigns over its relationship with insurance companies, competition will be created in the market place that will be used by all users.
The system would help any agency get real-time data and full control over its business plan every day, hour and minute.
The platform should be a tool that enables the receipt of data in the most accurate and fast way possible in addition to the ability to influence in the form of "campaigns" the ranking of the agency's proposals on the Bestie's website.
The chosen design line was designed to be innovative and refreshing and to be used as a tool in building a very clear and very simple UI.
The design system served 3 platforms and 3 target audiences:
